This High-Efficiency Cooling System Kit for the Suzuki Every is a essential maintenance package designed for the unique engine demands of microvans. It includes the Radiator, Thermostat, and Thermostat Flange (Housing), providing a complete refresh of the cooling loop to prevent overheating in stop-and-go traffic.
Custom-engineered for the Suzuki Every, this kit features premium imported components from China that match OEM specifications for perfect fitment and reliability. Because the Suzuki Every’s engine is located under the seats, maintaining an efficient cooling system is critical to preventing cabin heat and engine failure.
Aluminum Core Radiator: Features a slim-line, high-performance core designed to fit the compact front-end of the Suzuki Every while providing maximum airflow and cooling.
Precision Thermostat: A high-sensitivity valve that regulates coolant flow to keep your engine within the safe operating range, ensuring longevity and better fuel mileage.
Engineered Thermostat Flange: A durable, anti-corrosive housing that ensures a tight seal, preventing the common coolant leaks that occur at the hose connection points.
Compatibility: Suzuki Every (DA64V, DA64W, DA17V models).
Material: High-grade Aluminum and Heat-Resistant Alloy/Composite.
Origin: Premium Imported (China).
Engine Life Extension: Specifically designed to combat the high heat levels typical of compact van engines, preventing head gasket failures and warped blocks.
Improved Fuel Economy: Helps the engine reach its optimal temperature faster, reducing friction and fuel consumption during short city trips.
Leak Protection: The reinforced flange ensures a secure connection, protecting your cooling system from pressure drops and fluid loss.
Affordable Quality: Delivers professional-grade cooling performance at a significantly more competitive price than local dealership parts.
Note: Due to the Suzuki Every’s unique engine layout, ensure the vehicle is on flat ground and completely cool before starting.
Drain the System: Open the radiator drain plug and empty the old coolant into a container for proper disposal.
Access & Removal: Access the engine compartment. Disconnect the radiator hoses and remove the bolts securing the thermostat flange. Remove the old thermostat.
Clean & Prep: Clean the mounting surface of the engine block to ensure the new flange and thermostat seat perfectly without gaps.
Install New Parts: Place the new thermostat into the block, install the new flange over it, and tighten the bolts. Slide the new radiator into its mounting brackets.
Refill & Air Bleeding: Reattach all hoses. Fill with a high-quality coolant mix. Important: Because the radiator is far from the engine in this van, you must “bleed” the system thoroughly to remove air pockets until the cooling fan activates.
“In the Suzuki Every, air pockets in the cooling system are the #1 cause of overheating. After installing this kit, always use the air bleeder valves to ensure no air is trapped in the lines, or you risk immediate overheating even with new parts.”
